Zero XXI Entertainment LLC, doing business as Zero XXI Studios. Effective date: October 22, 2026

By using zeroxxi.com or booking services with Zero XXI Studios, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Zero XXI Studios provides studio space rentals, equipment rentals, and film, video, and audio production and post-production services. Specific pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms for each booking are provided at the time of booking or in a separate agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

Description: By opting in through our website chat widget, you agree to receive text messages from Zero XXI Studios, including responses to inquiries, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care messages, and occasional promotional messages.

3. Use of the Website

Clients are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or property during their booking beyond normal wear and tear, and must follow all studio rules and posted safety guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero XXI Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated.
